STICH ANGELL ATTORNEY BECOMES MN STATE BAR ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT FOR 2009 TO 2010.
Congratulations to Leo I. Brisbois, an attorney with Stich, Angell, Kreidler & Dodge, PA,
since 1991, who has assumed the office of "President" for the Minnesota State Bar Association.
With its 16,000+ members, the Minnesota State Bar Association is the state's largest and most
influential voluntary organization of attorneys. The Minnesota State Bar Association provides
professional support and development opportunities to its members, public service opportunities
for lawyers, assists and supports the development of improvements in the legal system and
increased access to justice for all citizens, works with the State Supreme Court on setting
high ethical and practice standards for Minnesota lawyers, and works closely with the State
Courts to lobby the Minnesota Legislature for adequate funding for the court system, as well
as, appropriate salaries for court personnel and judges. Mr. Brisbois' term of office as the
"President" of the Minnesota State Bar Association is from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010.

ROBERT T. STICH
Over the course of Bob's lengthy career he has handled trials and appeals which
have resulted in changes to the course of jurisprudence in the State of Minnesota.
He has written and lectured in the areas of products liability and professional
liability, has been recognized as Leading American Attorney and is a member of
the American Board of Trial Advocates. He believes and has shown that winning
results can be obtained while treating the courts, counsel and litigants with
courtesy and respect.

JOHN F. ANGELL John has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict since he was admitted to
practice in 1964, and has been selected as a neutral arbitrator and mediator in
several hundred cases. He was selected as an original member of dispute
resolution panels, including Creative Dispute Resolution. He has been selected by
his peers in "Leading Minnesota" attorneys for both Alternative Dispute
Resolution and as a trial attorney.

MICHAEL S. KREIDLER Mike has tried in excess of 150 cases to a verdict and also spends a substantial
amount of his time serving either as an arbitrator or mediator. He has been
recognized as one of the top 40 ADR specialists in Minnesota in the past two
years, has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" by his peers and is a member of
the American Board of Trial Advocates.

KENNETH W. DODGE Ken's primary practice is the civil litigation of personal injury, products liability,
insurance fraud and professional liability matters, and he has tried over 180 cases
to verdict. He frequently lectures on all aspects of civil trial practice, has
consistently been selected by his peers as a "Super Lawyer", and has received a
personal "AV" rating from Martindale Hubbell.
