Mr. Brisbois was admitted to the bar in 1987 and joined Stich, Angell, Kreidler & Dodge, P.A., in 1991. Mr. Brisbois served as a trial counsel prosecuting criminal cases from 1987 to 1990 with the JAG Corps, U.S. Army, Europe. Mr. Brisbois is admitted before the MN State Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for Minnesota, and the 8th Circuit Federal Court of Appeals. Mr. Brisbois' current practice principally involves civil litigation and appellate work in the defense of claims in the areas of, but not limited to, personal injury, product liability, construction litigation, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Brisbois, a qualified neutral on the Minnesota State Court Roster under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules, serves as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Brisbois has also been an adjunct professor of law at the Hamline University School of Law and he has been a presenter at various seminars.

Mr. Brisbois has received the highest personal rating of “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell; and been selected by his peers as a “Leading American Attorney - Personal Injury Defense Law - 1999” and by Law & Politics as a “Rising Star in the Law - 2001.” Mr. Brisbois was awarded the Army Commendation and National Defense Service Medals during his military service. Mr. Brisbois began his year long term as President of the 16,000 plus member Minnesota State Bar Association on July 1, 2009.
