Experience

Ms. Butler joined the law firm of Stich, Angell, Kreidler, Dodge & Unke, P.A., in October 2010.  After graduating from law school, Ms. Butler clerked for Federal Magistrate Raymond L. Erickson from 2003 to 2005, and has been practicing in the area of civil litigation since 2005.  She was admitted to practice in Minnesota in October 2003, and she was admitted to the United States District Court of Minnesota in May 2005.  Ms. Butler represents insurance companies, corporate clients and individuals in all aspects of civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on personal injury litigation, product liability and premises liability claims, insurance coverage disputes, no-fault claims and construction defect cases.
