Experience

Mr. Beier began working for the law firm in June of 2008 as a law clerk and joined the firm as an associate attorney upon Admission to the Minnesota State Bar in October, 2010.

During law school, Mr. Beier worked as a writing fellow, providing feedback and consultation to first year legal writing students. Mr. Beier also worked closely with the University of St. Thomas Community Justice Project, a program dedicated to bridge building and problem solving in distressed twin cities communities.

Mr. Beier focuses his practice in the areas of construction defect and personal injury law.
