Experience

Mr. Knudsen was a Staff Writer for the William Mitchell Law Review from 1982 to 1984, and its Editor from 1984 to 1985. Mr. Knudsen was admitted to the United States District Court of Minnesota in 1986. As sole or lead counsel, Mr. Knudsen has tried more than 100 jury trials to verdict. Mr. Knudsen also has extensive ADR experience, principally handling over 500 mediations, arbitrations and summary jury trials. He has been Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association since 1996. Mr. Knudsen, a Partner with Stich, Angell, Kreidler & Dodge, P.A., joined the firm in 1996. Mr. Knudsen represents corporate, insurance and private clients in claims involving premises liability, products liability, fire litigation, construction litigation, auto liability, UM/UIM, no-fault, contracts, indemnity agreements, subrogation and insurance coverage issues. His extensive trial experience includes successfully representing clients in trials involving premise liability, products liability, auto liability, and contract claims. Mr. Knudsen is also an the Arbitrator for American Arbitration Association Panel of Arbitrators.
