Experience

Jennifer is a former Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse and an associate attorney with Stich, Angell, Kreidler & Dodge, P.A. She focuses her practice in construction law, personal injury and product liability cases, and no-fault arbitration. For the past six years, Jennifer has represented general contractors and subcontractors in over a hundred multi-party moisture intrusion and construction defect cases. She has spent much of her career helping clients avoid costly and time-consuming litigation by working with the parties to resolve their disputes prior to, or early on, in the litigation process.

In law school, Jennifer was the Co-Champion of the University of North Dakota’s Intra-school Moot Court Competition, where she and her partner argued a Fourth Amendment issue in front of the North Dakota Supreme Court. She has been recognized as a rising star in 2006 and 2008 by Minnesota Law & Politics.
