Experience

Ms. Richardson joined Stich, Angell in May of 2007, and has been practicing in the area of civil defense litigation since 2002. She represents both insurance and corporate clients in insurance coverage disputes, personal injury litigation, no-fault claims, products liability claims and business disputes. Ms. Richardson’s litigation experience includes successful jury trials and defense of more than 250 no-fault claims at arbitration. Ms. Richardson also serves as arbitrator for no-fault claims through the American Arbitration Association. In addition, Ms. Richardson is a member of the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association and a past chair of the organization’s No-Fault Committee. She frequently presents at seminars on no-fault, uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist issues.
