Experience

Mr. Unke’s practice primarily involves trial and appellate work for clients in the areas of construction defect, catastrophic injury/wrongful death and insurance coverage law. Mr. Unke has successfully defended through trial and arbitration, numerous complex construction, personal injury and insurance coverage disputes in the States of Minnesota and Illinois. He is a Qualified Neutral Mediator and regularly serves as an Arbitrator through the American Arbitration Association. He is recognized as a Certified Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association.
